Learn about 5 people/organizations from an Earth Day Event. Reflect on what you learned. What is the person's/organization's story and mission? What can you learn from them and how can you contribute to their efforts? (Minimum 500 words) Submit your reflection with a picture of you at the event.

Ecosystem Restoration/Maintenance (25 pts, +10 pts per volunteer hour)
Did anything surprise you (i.e. more trash than expected)? Reflect on and describe three main takeaways from your experience. (Minimum 250 words) Submit your reflection with a picture of you at the event and a volunteer certificate.
Take notes or reflect what you have learned at the workshop and highlight the 3 key ideas. (300 words) Take a photo of you at the workshop, bonus points if you take a group photo with everyone.
Material Redirection (15 pts, +5 to 15 pts depending on quantity & quality)
Research the material/item that you have redirected. In what ways does the production or incorrect disposal of the item harm the environment? Submit your answers and reflection of the experience (150 words min combined) with a photo(s) of the materials you redirected and you at the event.

Farmers Market (25 pts per vendor)
Talk to one of the vendors and learn about their product. Where are their products coming from and how is it made? How are their products more sustainable than those sold at conventional markets (e.g. popular chain stores)? (200 words min) Submit a picture of you and the vendor at the vendor's stall.
Talk to a person from the organization and learn about what product is disposed of and dropped off the most at these events. What can you take away from this information and how is it helpful? (200 words min). Submit a picture of you disposing your item at this event.
Understand what their motive is to host these weekly events and talk with others at the event to understand why they are attending? (150 words min). Submit a picture of you participating in an activity at these events.
